Where and when a monitor alerts

A monitor either follows the organization's defaults (its default channels, or the members by email when none is default) or has its own routes: which events go to which channels, how many failed checks open an incident, how many good ones resolve it, and how often to remind.
Usage
norcube monitor monitors alerts <command> [flags]Commands
Every command also takes the global flags: --profile, --org, -o, --query, --debug and more.
