Acknowledge an incident: someone is on it, stop the reminders

Marks an open incident as being handled; its reminders stop. Idempotent: a resolved or already acknowledged incident is returned unchanged.
Usage
norcube monitor incidents acknowledge <incident>Also available as: ack.
